In 1930, the grandparents of the current owners decided to open the first bakery in Tympaki serving fresh bread and Cretan rusks baked according to the traditional recipes of their parents.
Over the years, the family business was passed from father to son and, finally, to the grandchildren of the grandfather Grinyarakis, who, beyond keeping the secret recipes, created high-quality and healthy handmade products allowing the bakery to evolve and keep up with the modern eating habits
